Exchange Policy

We want you to have the best experience with Regina Romero. If, for any reason, you need to exchange your product, we’re here to help.

Exchange window

You may request an exchange within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. The product must be:

  • Unused,

  • With the original tag attached,

  • In the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice/receipt.

Exchanges for defects

If the product shows a manufacturing defect, you have 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt to request an exchange. All products undergo an evaluation before the exchange is approved.

How to request

Email [email protected] with:

  • Order number,

  • Full name,

  • Reason for the exchange,

  • Product photos (in case of defect or discrepancy).

We will reply within 3 business days with shipping instructions.

Shipping costs

  • The first exchange is free.

  • For an additional exchange on the same order, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

 

If you prefer a return instead of an exchange, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, after the returned product has been evaluated.
